Accidents & Incidents Policy

The Holt Millennium Green Trust aims to provide a safe open space for

use by the residents of Holt and the local villages.

We believe we achieve this most of the time but if you have any

concerns, please let us know by speaking to a Trustee or contacting us

via e-mail mwhmgt2000@gmail.com.

Often, we will be able to give you a response straight away, when the

matter is more complicated, we will give you an initial response withing 5

working days.

All written complaints will be logged, and you will receive an

acknowledgement within 3 working days.

The aim is to investigate your complaint properly and to give you a reply

within 10 working days, setting out how the problem will be dealt with.

If an accident/incident is notified to a Trustee, an Incident Report

Document will be issued to be completed within 12 hours of the said

accident/incident for return to The Holt Millennium Green Trustees.

This will then be logged, and an acknowledgement of the incident will be

sent within 2 working days of receipt of the form and investigated

thoroughly. We will then respond with the outcome of the investigation

within 10 working days.
